Just been made aware of this blog.
It looks interesting so I'm off for a read of it.
It is about a 1500+ mile ride across half of the U.S. to raise money and awareness for MS research and treatment. Sean was diagnosed with MS in 2003, and figures if he is ever going to do something like this, sooner is better than later.
